Moving through the stages of infertility is a journey that can be one of the most emotional and stressful times in a couple’s life. This unique therapeutic closed group offers a safe, nurturing place for women to connect with other women sharing their journeys through the various stages of infertility with a primary focus on emotional healing and well-being for the entire family. There will be opportunities for partners to be part of the therapeutic process.

Climb Out of the Darkness® is the world’s largest event raising awareness of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. In Arizona, the climb day will be Friday, November 3rd. Supporters across the Valley will join together to represent their symbolic rise out of the darkness of perinatal mental health crises and into the light of hope and recovery. Join our WHI team and help raise funds for our PMAD programs.

A Dignity Health therapy group designed to assist mothers needing mental and emotional support during pregnancy and postpartum. All groups are confidential, closed groups, limited to 10 participants that meet for 6 sessions. All sessions are facilitated by a licensed therapist. Registration is required but there is no fee to attend.

In a partnership with The Pregnancy Care Center of Chandler and Gilbert and Postpartum Support International AZ Chapter, we are offering FREE parenting classes. Be the parent you want to be! Classes are open to mothers, fathers and support people and are facilitated by trained perinatal coaches. Classes are held Wednesdays from 5-6:30 pm.
